Breadwinner Match

Let's get things set up using the Breadwinner's Product Match process. If you have performed a bulk match, you should still follow this procedure to ensure any exceptions are handled.

On the Breadwinner for NetSuite setup page click Product Match -> Products

This will bring you to the Breadwinner Product Match page showing NetSuite Items on the left and Breadwinner's educated guess as to corresponding Salesforce Products on the right.

When NetSuite Items and Salesforce Products appear to be closely matched, they will indicate Suggest Match in the selections to the right. However if the suggested match is not correct or you would like to connect this item to a different product in Salesforce there are additional selections you can make.

• Suggested Match to Existing Salesforce Product
• Create New Salesforce Product with details from NetSuite Item
• Manual Match to an existing Salesforce Product you select
• Do not match with any Salesforce Product

Ensure the match and/or selections are correct for each item on the page, and click Next to lock in those values. Note any incorrect selections will be saved by clicking next. And if oops you did this already.. not to worry, as we can re-map them just as easily as you set them.

This process of tying NetSuite Items to Salesforce Products is necessary to create NetSuite transactions from Salesforce transactions correctly. Take your time and be diligent, it will be accomplished with a little bit of work.
