Match with Account ID Sync
If you have already established Salesforce and NetSuite environments, or possibly have used other integration tools, or you smartly imported the corresponding ID during dataload, let's make use of it! Now is a great time to set up ID matching. In Breadwinner for NetSuite setup, navigate to Configuration > Company
If you have the Netsuite Customer / Vendor's Internal ID stored in Salesforce. This is the best scenario.
- Find and select Internal ID field in the NetSuite Company Field (on the left of the configuration page).
- Find and select the NetSuite Internal ID field in the Salesforce Account Field section (on the right of the configuration page).
- Click Save
If you have the Salesforce Account ID stored in NetSuite. This is good too but some additional steps to follow.
- Set up a Custom Field to retrieve the Salesforce Account ID you are storing in NetSuite
- Navigate to Custom Fields on the Breadwinner for NetSuite setup page
- Perform these steps for both Customer and Vendor (same process just use *Vendor selections instead):
- Click Entity Fields then under the Customer* Tab click Fetch Customer Custom Fields.
- Find the custom field which stores the Salesforce account ID, then check the Create in Customer* checkbox.
- Click Create Customer* Custom Fields at the bottom of the page
- The process to retrieve this newly integrated field could take some time, but will be caught up during the Breadwinner weekend housekeeping sync.
- This can be accelerated by navigating to Admin > Troubleshoot > General
- Under Restarting and Updating section, click Restart NetSuite Customer Sync button. For Vendors click the vendors button.
- Navigate to the Import Progress troubleshooting page, for an indication when the table has been fully refreshed including the new field data.
- Refresh the Breadwinner for NetSuite setup page so any newly added custom fields are shown correctly.

- Find and select the custom Account ID field just added, in the NetSuite Company Field (on the left of the configuration page).
- Find and select the Account ID field in the Salesforce Account Field section (on the right of the configuration page).
- Click Save
If you have a different / custom ID tying Salesforce Account and NetSuite Company/Vendor together. That's fine too.
- Set up a Custom Field to retrieve the custom ID you are storing in NetSuite
- Navigate to Custom Fields on the Breadwinner for NetSuite setup page

Performing the bulk Account Match with ID Sync
Click the Perform Account Match button in the Company Configuration Page. This will use the identified ID fields and perform a bulk initial match between them.
Shortly after clicking Breadwinner will have completed the match and only the exceptions will need to be fixed.
