What is Breadwinner
With Breadwinner installed and keys applied, Breadwinner connects to NetSuite | Xero | QBO Finance systems and retrieves your business data.
If you're already familiar with Salesforce, you'll be excited to see your ERP data retrieved into Salesforce where you can make use of it.
If you're already familiar with ERP, you'll be excited to see Salesforce data efficiently sent directly in via API and avoiding swivel-seat or extract-and-load processes that expose your data to unnecessary human or spreadsheet errors. The intent of the Breadwinner OOTB experience is to make it quick, easy, and simple to retrieve data from ERP. The best part is that the most extensive part of the orchestration between systems is done for you, already wired up and good to go. Sales Orders are already linked to Invoices and to Payments, all are linked to the Customers to which they belong. Beyond this are many additional objects. Breadwinner brings deep, extensive and richly detailed integration as an application. As we say, Breadwinner is a Product and not a Project.

Each of these objects is part of regular and weekly syncs, where they are filled with data and Kept up-to-date.
- Breadwinner polls for data changes in NetSuite and retrieves any new or updated records.
- Breadwinner performs a weekly re-sync to ensure no data is overlooked.
- Breadwinner transacts immediately, with new records sent to NetSuite and retrieved upon creation.
