After you have initiated the Customer match you will see a link to Update the Page Layouts back on the initial Setup page.

If you chose to match by Account, you will see the link "Update Account Page Layouts". If you chose the Contact match, you will see the link "Update Contact Page Layouts"

Clicking on the link will update the respective object layouts with Breadwinner Payments Tabs
