Some recently implemented Salesforce security guidelines require Breadwinner to use secure queries. As a result, the following UI elements will be **disabled (greyed out)** if the Salesforce user does not have **Read** **access** to the required fields listed below:

### UI Elements impacted

**Xero Contact Record page** buttons:

- Reparent
- Control Sync Status
- Edit

**Xero Guided Wizard**

- "Edit Xero Contact before Creating the Invoice" link

**Fields on the Salesforce Account object:**

- BillingAddress
- ShippingAddress
- Phone
- AccountNumber
- Website
- OwnerId

**Fields on the Xero Contact object:**

- Name
- Email

### Solution

To resolve this issue**:**

1. Go to **Setup → Profiles** for the affected user(s).
2. Open **Field-Level Security** for the **Salesforce** **Account** and **Xero Contact** objects.
3. Grant **Read** access to all the fields listed above.
4. Save the changes.

Once the required field access has been granted, the **Xero Contact** buttons and the **Edit Xero Contact before Creating the Invoice** link will be enabled and function as expected.
