Creating a NetSuite Customer

Permissions required for Creating a NetSuite Customer from Site Guest User:

As mentioned earlier, create a "Breadwinner Site Guest User Access" Permission set.

Apply the following object and field permissions:

  • Read access to the following objects, along with read access to all the fields:
    • NetSuite Companies
    • NetSuite Subsidiaries
    • NetSuite Objects
    • NetSuite Currencies
    • NetSuite Price Levels
  • Create access to the following objects along with edit access to all the fields:
    • NetSuite Companies

Assign the permission set to the Site Guest User.



Sharing Rules for the Objects involved:

  • NetSuite Subsidiary
  • NetSuite Object
  • NetSuite Currency
  • NetSuite Price Level
  • NetSuite Company (used for linking to parent company)
