"Greyed Out" Xero Contact Record Page Buttons

some recently implemented salesforce security guidelines require breadwinner to use secure queries as a result, the following ui elements will be disabled (greyed out) if the salesforce user does not have read access to the required fields listed below ui elements impacted xero contact record page buttons reparent control sync status edit xero guided wizard "edit xero contact before creating the invoice" link fields on the salesforce account object billingaddress shippingaddress phone accountnumber website ownerid fields on the xero contact object name email solution to resolve this issue go to setup → profiles for the affected user(s) open field level security for the salesforce account and xero contact objects grant read access to all the fields listed above save the changes once the required field access has been granted, the xero contact buttons and the edit xero contact before creating the invoice link will be enabled and function as expected
