Testing Breadwinner with your Production Xero Data

this article is for people who want to test breadwinner for xero and want to use production xero org data, but don't want to make any changes or alterations to the xero org you can test breadwinner with your production xero org—without making changes to your xero data— in read only mode in read only mode, no matter what you do with breadwinner, nothing will change in xero but breadwinner reads from xero and updates in salesforce to enable this, go to breadwinner tab and switch to read only mode you can click the "new invoice" button it's ok to click the new invoice button, but the buttons you see after the new invoice button are the ones that are disabled note same applies to bills, purchase orders, and xero contacts send invoice pdf as email you can send invoice by clicking on "send invoice pdf as email" on invoice record detail page, but the field “sent to contact” on invoice or “mark as sent” in xero will not be affected
